Concini n. 19 &#8211; 52100 Arezzo (AR), CF 92006700519 email <a href=\"mailto:privacy@oxfam.it\">privacy@oxfam.it<\/a> in its capacity as data controller (hereinafter, &#8220;data controller&#8221;), informs you pursuant to articles 13-14 of EU Regulation no. 2016\/679 (hereinafter, &#8220;GDPR&#8221;) that your data will be processed in the following ways and for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Object and purpose of the processing<\/strong><br \/>\nThe personal data provided during participation in this call in all phases (from the collection of project proposals, to the evaluation and implementation of the projects) will be processed by Oxfam Italia, as data controller, and by Oxfam Italia Intercultura and Giacomo Brodolini Foundation, as partners and external data processors, for the purposes of execution of the call &#8220;Projects for Civil Society Organizations&#8221; in the framework of the project &#8220;Connecting Spheres: strengthening CSOs and networks to protect GBV survivors in all their diversity&#8221; as described in this document.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Processing methods and data retention period<\/strong><br \/>\nThe processing of your personal data is carried out with reference to the operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 2 of the GDPR. Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic and\/or automated processing carried out in such a way as to guarantee their security and confidentiality and in accordance with current legislation, inspired by the principles of correctness and lawfulness of processing.<\/p>\n<p>Oxfam Italia will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the end of the project. Your data can be deleted at any time following your request.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated<\/strong><br \/>\nYour data may be made accessible to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>employees and collaborators of Oxfam Italia in Italy and abroad authorized to process the data;<\/li>\n<li>the funding body, project partners and other bodies involved in the management and reporting of the project activities;<\/li>\n<li>to third-party companies or other parties (for example, credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of Oxfam Italia, in their capacity as external data processor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Without the need for express consent (art. 6 letters b) and c) GDPR), Oxfam Italia may communicate your data to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, as well as to those subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profiling<\/strong><br \/>\nWe inform you that information is collected and saved (through the use of cookies) and resources used on the user&#8217;s device, when the latter interacts with the Oxfam Italia website. These technologies are briefly referred to as &#8220;Tracking Tools&#8221;. The Oxfam Italia website uses Trackers managed directly by the Data Controller (commonly called &#8220;first-party&#8221; Trackers) and Trackers that enable services provided by third parties (commonly called &#8220;third-party&#8221; Trackers). In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers to non-EU countries as well. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of data to non-EU countries will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal to respond<\/strong><br \/>\nThe provision of data is optional.
