Object and purpose of the processing
The personal data provided during participation in this call in all phases (from the collection of project proposals, to the evaluation and implementation of the projects) will be processed by Oxfam Italia, as data controller, and by Oxfam Italia Intercultura and Giacomo Brodolini Foundation, as partners and external data processors, for the purposes of execution of the call “Projects for Civil Society Organizations” in the framework of the project “Connecting Spheres: strengthening CSOs and networks to protect GBV survivors in all their diversity” as described in this document.
Processing methods and data retention period
The processing of your personal data is carried out with reference to the operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 2 of the GDPR. Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing carried out in such a way as to guarantee their security and confidentiality and in accordance with current legislation, inspired by the principles of correctness and lawfulness of processing.
Oxfam Italia will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the end of the project. Your data can be deleted at any time following your request.

Without the need for express consent (art. 6 letters b) and c) GDPR), Oxfam Italia may communicate your data to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, as well as to those subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.

We inform you that information is collected and saved (through the use of cookies) and resources used on the user’s device, when the latter interacts with the Oxfam Italia website. Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union.
