Oxfam Italy and Fondazione Brodolini are glad to launch the Connecting Spheres Academy, a free training programme open to civil society organisations and entities committed daily to combating gender-based violence and promoting LGBTQIA+ rights. The programme is addressed to professionals, activists and volunteers, and has been co-designed with associations participating at the Connecting Spheres call for proposals, with the aim to meet the specific training needs of small and medium-sized local organisations.

Modules: 10 sessions, each lasting 2-3 hours
Format: Online
Dates: February to June 2026
Participation: At least 12 hours per organisation/entity is encouraged; different people from the same organisation can join based on interests.
