The Action supports small and medium-sized grass-rooted Civil Society Organisations working in the field of prevention of and response to gender-based violence against LGBTQIA+ people in Italy and Europe, through three main streams:
Strengthening support and referral services, and the reporting system for LGBTQIA+ survivors and/or those at risk of violence (for CSOs in Italy);
Transforming social norms that perpetuate gender-based violence, and eradicating gender stereotypes (for CSOs in Italy);
Strengthen the development and implementation of national and international legislation on gender-based violence and related procedures (for CSOs in Italy and Europe).
The call of proposal provides a grant of €1,000,000 total, and remains open from 30/09/2024 to 30/09/2025.
